This list should encompass various combinations, such as "bride with bridesmaids," "groom with groomsmen," "bride with parents," etc.  2. Assign Helpers: Entrust the list to key individuals like the best man or chief bridesmaid. They will be responsible for gathering and organizing people for the group shots. Firstly, we need to have a chat, which can be done either over the phone or through FaceTime. During this conversation, we will discuss the details of your special day so that I can understand your requirements fully. After this, I will provide you with a personalized quote based on our discussion.  Once you decide to proceed, a small deposit is required to secure your booking. Additionally, I will need the following information sent to me: 
1. Two email addresses for delivering a downloadable link to your pictures. 
2. Two mobile numbers for contact purposes.
3. Venue addresses including postcodes
4. Agreed fee.
5. Time and date you need me.
